When determining your home’s list price, we always complete a detailed analysis of recently sold properties in the area so that we can ensure your home is priced appropriately.
Personalized Marketing Plan
While some marketing strategies are almost universally effective, we approach every home on an individual basis. We put a significant amount of time, thought and energy into our marketing plan – but we don’t put our ego in it. As new homes get listed and as others sell, our efforts may need to be adjusted. We will provide you with regular updates if our approach changes.
Home Staging Advice and Assistance
We consider it our professional obligation to assess your home from the eyes of a potential buyer. The goal is to highlight your home’s assets and minimize its flaws. If we feel your home would benefit, then we will arrange for the services of a professional home stager.
With virtually all home buyers relying on online photos, your home needs to present well in the digital world. We will schedule a professional photographer to come to your home at a time that is convenient for you.
